We handle deliveries for prepaid orders as well as cash-on-delivery orders. All orders are tracked by our customer service team in liaison with the courier client.

We ensure that payments for cash on delivery parcels are confirmed by the client before the item is handed over to customer. We do deliveries across the country (Kenya). We have major offices in Nairobi (Headquarters along Mombasa Road), Nairobi CBD, Mombasa, Nakuru, Eldoret, Kisumu, Kisii, Voi, Meru, Kakamega and Machakos. The major offices act as pivotal points to other regions where we do not have major offices but we have our staff stationed there to facilitate deliveries and collections.

We do pickups on clients request as long as it is within our capabilities. Just place a pickup order on our system and we will get back to you swiftly with a response/call. We encourage that pickup requests be placed early in the day to enable us time to plan the necessary logistics needed

Deliver
We offer same day deliveries and overnight deliveries depending on the agreement between Standard Courier and the client. Overnight deliveries take 24 hours to close if all factors remain constant. In case of any challenge, we have a customer care team that will always keep the client updated and any developments.
Our History
Standard Courier Services started operations in October 2021 as a diversification from the core business of media services. Courier Service was adopted under the Sales and Distribution department as a strategy to take advantage of the well-built distribution channels developed for many years to facilitate newspaper distributions since 1902 when Standard Group Limited started operations in Kenya. Rolling out the courier services was smooth because Standard Group already had offices across the country and a strong team of territory executives to assist with the last mile deliveries. The order fulfillment part of the business was adopted in February 2024.
